Happy New Year! Thank-you to all of our clients for making 2010 a busy year for us and we are looking forward to catering for new and former clients in 2011.
In November and December, we delivered many xmas dinners for smaller family groups ...turkey, stuffing and all the trimmings. In January, we delivered dinner items for a Robbie Burns Party (including good ol' English trifle) and supplied the local blood donor clinic with our homemade cookies and muffins (c/o Lafarge).
We are looking forward to the upcoming wedding season, to catering for our tour groups in the Spring and Summer months and to warmer weather! Please read below for our current specials and recipe feature!

What's New at Bon Appetit?
It has been a very busy Spring/Summer and Fall season for us thanks to all of our new and repeat clients! We have recently been catering for many weddings, wedding brunches and cocktail receptions, conferences, scrapbook retreats, , home parties (birthday, engagement...) in Canmore, Banff and as far as Castle Mountain!
We are now looking forward to catering xmas parties and other festive events in the next few months.
Our new 2011 menu/price list will be available in Jan 2011 on our website.
We have included a recipe for sugar cookies below that you can use for Halloween or xmas. Happy baking!

Recipe of the Month:
Sugar cookies:
1 cup butter/margarine
1.5 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups a.p. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cream butter and sugar...beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Mix in flour, b.p. and salt...roll out to thickness of piecrust on floured surface. Use your cutouts. Bake in 350 f oven 8 to 10 min.
