What's new at Bon Appetit??

We are going from "green" to"greener". At Bon Appetit, we have always committed to recycling our waste as much as possible ie cans, cardboard, paper, glass, beverage containers, plastic, etc. Just recently, we have taken our commitment to protecting the environment one step further. Starting March 1, 2009 we will be purchasing PVC free and biodegradable plastic wrap, biodegradable cutlery, and recycled napkins.
